I agree to the following terms & conditions; I understand that I will be providing my own table/chairs and anything else needed to set up and run my booth. 10x10 max canopy & I must have weights per leg. Set up will be on PAVEMENT. I understand for safety reasons if I do not provide weights I may be asked to remove my canopy. No electricity is provided. Otisco Lake Community Association is not responsible for any damage or loss, and vendor can not hold OLCA liable. Note this is a RAIN OR SHINE event, no refunds will be given. Your donation goes right to the OLCA. Thank you!
