The following information is a guide for rental rates and basic information.

 

Full details in our rental agreement will be sent to you after we receive your request form. Every rental is approved on an individual basis, and your date will be held once the agreement and deposit (if applies) are sent to us. 

 

Please note that all dates are subject to availability and are on a first come first serve basis.

 

Please fill out the building use form and we will get back to you ASAP.

All forms must be filled out completely and the renter MUST stay on property during use.

 

 

Private Party

Typically a 4-6 hour rental.

A refundable $100 DEPOSIT is required.

 

Current OLCA Member- $150

Non Member- $250
